PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

PART TIME (CONTRACT) | Nashville, tn

I’m looking for a part-time Production Assistant to come alongside me in the studio and help support the CCM and worship projects I’m producing and mixing each month.This role is for someone who genuinely loves worship and CCM music, is eager to learn, and wants the opportunity to contribute to real projects while growing in a professional production environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

​

  • Vocal comping, tuning, editing, and timing.

  • Drum and track editing.

  • Mix prep and session organization.

  • Stem printing and file exports.

  • Importing/exporting files and sessions from Pro Tools.

  • File management, backups, and Dropbox organization.

  • Client revision edits and tweaks.

  • Other production-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

​

  • A committed follower of Jesus Christ.

  • Passionate about serving artists and churches through music.

  • Excited to work on CCM and worship music.

  • Experienced in and own Pro Tools and Mac computer. 

  • Comfortable using Melodyne (preferred).

  • Self-starter, highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Humble, teachable, and dependable.

  • Able to communicate professionally and meet deadlines.

  • Must be located in the Nashville area.

POSITION DETAILS

​

  • Part-time, 1099 contract position.

  • Work is remote but will include on-site work from time to time.

  • Must have strong and dependable remote internet connection.

  • Typically 10–20 hours per month.

  • Some months may require fewer or more hours depending on production workload.

  • Compensation discussed during the interview process.
